Relaxation/Breath Awareness/Meditation Class -
Saturday April 8, 11:00-11:45/$15
Registration for this class is required.
Think of these classes as “undoing”. We will use props to support our body. These supports help encourage the muscles to let go and the nervous system to quiet for an overall relaxing feeling in the body and mind.
